Qualifications

• Licensed as NP or PA in New Jersey.
• DEA certification preferred.
• Experience in weight management or preventive care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review patient medical history and psychosocial information.
• Conduct physical examinations according to guidelines.
• Order and review labs and ECGs.
• Deliver counseling and education on preventive medicine, programs, and products.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR.
• Review patient progress and manage care.
• Facilitate referrals to healthcare professionals and facilities.
• Conduct follow-up calls with patients.
