Job summary

Medi-Weightloss® is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for their Wilton location. Candidates must possess a CT Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License and DEA Certification.

Qualifications

• DEA Certification is required.
• Must have CT Certified Nurse Practitioner License.
• Must hold CT Physician Assistant License.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review patient’s medical and psychosocial history relevant to patient care.
• Conduct physical examinations according to company guidelines.
• Order and review laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures.
• Deliver preventive medicine counseling and product education.
• Maintain required documentation for patient care in the EMR.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals as necessary.
