Medi-Weightloss of Wayne is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time role serving our Wayne location. The position runs every Friday and Saturday from 7am to 2pm, with a focus on high-quality medical care and patient engagement.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history.
• Conduct physical examinations per guidelines.
• Order and review labs and ECGs.
• Deliver preventive medicine counseling and education on programs and products.
• Adhere to prescription guidelines under supervising physician.
• Maintain EMR documentation per standards.
• Review patient progress and manage care accordingly.
• Facilitate referrals as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress.
