Schedule examples include Friday 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., Saturday 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., and Sunday 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. The RN provides evidence-based nursing care, collaborates with the care team, and upholds professional standards within NMH.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN accredited school/college of nursing.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patient-centered care and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide clinically competent, evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in hand-offs and ensure accurate documentation of care.
