Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri or compact licensure per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Function as staff nurse as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Practice in alignment with Mercy Service Standards and mission.
