Grand Lake Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) in the United States. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and a valid RN license.

Candidates should be flexible for every third weekend and holiday rotations and may be assigned to other units as needed. Responsibilities include delivering care via the Nursing Process, leading patient education efforts, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed RN.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of patient care through the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of Nursing Ancillary Personnel.
• Assumes a lead role in patient teaching.
• Places the patient at the center of care practices.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and outcomes.
• May work other units or shifts per staff distribution and patient acuity.
