The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, the ability to work flexible hours, and a commitment to Lean Manufacturing principles. Benefits include health insurance options, 401(k) match, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related experience in roll forming, metal fabrication and/or similar manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to relocate within 45 miles of facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams and communicate plans effectively.
• Supervise employees and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Schedule daily workload and manage operational challenges.
