You will work on the floor with your team to solve problems, monitor performance, and keep safety and quality as priorities while building the foundation for this growing site.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build a team environment.
• Manufacturing background.
• Experience using KPIs or other performance metrics to measure and improve production.

Responsibilities

• Make timely, well-communicated decisions and coach employees as needed.
• Comply with SPI, SOPs and Work Instructions; keep docs current.
• Schedule workloads with setup time and staffing in mind; assign tasks clearly.
• Provide technical assistance and ensure resources align with objectives and budget.
• Work with Quality Assurance to inspect and ensure conformance to specs.
• Promote safety and a positive, productive team culture.
