Job summary

CelLink is hiring a Production Lead to guide operators on the floor, ensuring safe, efficient production with high quality. This role emphasizes active engagement, coordinating workflow and priorities across a 12-hour weekend day shift in Georgetown, TX.

You will supervise a team, train new hires, and uphold safety and standard work. First onboarding uses a standard 8-hour shift; post-training, weekend days run 5:45 AM–6:00 PM with rotating weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (required for safety and coordination).
• Ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Prior experience as a team lead, trainer, or informal leader.
• Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems.
• Experience in high-volume or shift-based manufacturing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction, support, and coordination for a team of production employees.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow, materials, and priorities to meet production targets.
• Monitor production progress and accelerate issues as needed.
• Train and support team members, including new hires.
• Reinforce standard work, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
