Job summary

CelLink is seeking a Production Lead for Weekday Nights to supervise a manufacturing team in its facility. The role focuses on directing daily operations, ensuring adherence to production and quality standards, and coordinating with management to meet department goals.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with flexibility for 12-hour shifts and AWS schedules. Training will begin on a standard 8-hour shift. Overtime is paid per law and company policy.

Qualifications

• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Open to schedule flexibility to work days, nights, or weekends as needed.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate with supervisor for department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of a group of employees to meet production and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage department flow of short-term and ongoing schedules; monitor ERP system.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and an orderly work area; train employees as needed.
• Keep supervisor informed of production levels, goals, and issues at regular intervals.
• Perform duties in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
