Job summary

CelLink is seeking a Lead position in Georgetown, TX to direct a production team and ensure high-conductance flexible circuits and intelligent wiring systems are manufactured to quality standards. You will oversee daily operations, manage schedules, and train staff while ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.

The role requires strong English communication, punctuality, and the ability to identify process issues and respond to safety signals.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Punctuality and a professional, can-do attitude are a must.
• Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing.
• Open to schedule flexibility to accommodate a variety of shifts, including days, nights, or weekends as needed. Ability to work overtime & change schedule on short notice as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of other employees in the designated work group and ensure the quality of work.
• Coordinate and manage department flow of short-term and ongoing department schedules; monitor the ERP system.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities may include training employees; planning, assigning, directing and checking others' work; addressing complaints and resolving basic issues or problems.
• Keep supervisor informed of production levels, goals, successes, issues and/or problems at regular intervals.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, safe, and secure work area and follow all established safety and quality control procedures.
• Support a culture of accountability - being accountable for our work-related actions; supporting and fostering a positive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned
