Job summary

L'Oréal USA, Franklin, NJ, is seeking a Packaging Operator for the Weekend Night Shift (Fri-Sun, 6:45 PM–6:45 AM). You will oversee the total operation of manual, semi-automatic, and automatic packaging lines, coordinate trainee activities, and train staff as needed.

The role requires 1 year of production experience, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and willingness to work overtime. High School diploma or GED preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in production/processing areas.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to bending, lifting and standing for long hours.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to work off shifts including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Total operation of packaging lines and powder presses including quality control and line setup.
• Train Packaging employees and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Maintain smooth flow of production and line housekeeping.
• Assist in operation of the department with GMPs and safety compliance.
