Job summary

L'Oréal USA is seeking a Packaging Operator for the Weekend Day shift (Fri.–Sun.: 6:45 AM–6:55 PM) to oversee all packaging lines and ensure product quality. You will train trainees, coordinate line operations, and maintain GMP, safety, and inventory controls in a high-volume setting.

Eligible candidates should have at least 1 year of production experience, the ability to lift 30 pounds, and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in production/processing areas or related fields.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long hours.
• Able to work off shifts and overtime when required.
• High School education or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of manual, semi-automatic and automatic packaging lines.
• Coordinate packaging line activities and perform required training for Operator Trainees.
• Ensure GMPs, quality control, and safety procedures are followed.
• Manage line setup, materials, and inventory controls for efficient production.
