Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience and knowledge of specific production/processing areas, machinery, and product items is required.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Capable doing repeated bending, lifting and standing for long hours.
• Able to work off shifts, including overtime.
• High School education or GED equivalency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual, semiautomatic, and automatic packaging lines and powder presses.
• Perform quality control, material procurement, line setup, and product adjustments.
• Train Packaging Operator Trainee and ensure procedures are followed; maintain production flow.
