Job summary

North America IML Containers, Inc. seeks a Full-time Line Packer in Iowa to operate, pack, and maintain packaging lines. The role focuses on running machines, ensuring quality output, and maintaining safety standards on a 12-hour night shift schedule (Sat-Sun plus one additional day).

Responsibilities include recording production data, communicating issues to leadership, and performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail. The position offers benefits and bi-weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Operates, packs, and maintains required supplies at the machines to keep production running smoothly.
• Ensures the machine produces parts at high quality and efficiency levels.
• Communicates issues to the Team Leader/Supervisor/Mechanic to maintain operation.
• Ensures product quality requirements are met and records production reports.
• Keeps the work area clean and safe.
