Job summary

North America IML Containers, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Line Packer for the night shift (11:45 p.m. – 8:15 a.m., Mon–Fri).

The role involves inspecting and packing products at the machines and maintaining required supplies to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 30 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs, stand and walk most of the shift, and perform repetitive tasks safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for long periods in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate, pack, and maintain supplies at machines to keep production running smoothly.
• Ensure high quality and efficient production of parts.
• Communicate issues to supervisor/mechanic and maintain product quality.
• Record production reports and maintain a clean, safe work area.
