Job summary

IML Containers/Labels North America Inc. is seeking a packaging worker for the 1st shift in Illinois. You will ensure labels are properly bundled and packaged to maintain product quality, and perform inspections on ready-to-ship goods.

The role requires standing for 8 hours, lifting up to 65 lbs, basic English, and a proactive, meticulous approach. Benefits and full-time hours are provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify the labels based on company quality expectations.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Fill out appropriate paperwork accurately.
• Shrink wrap or band the bundles as needed.
• Package the labels and build ready-to-ship pallets.
• Perform all duties associated with the department.
• Help in the other packaging department based on production needs.
