North America IML Containers, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Line Packer to operate, pack, and maintain supplies at the packing machines. The role requires lifting up to 30 lbs, standing most of the shift, and following safety rules to keep production running smoothly.

Shifts run 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday, with eligibility for overtime. The position includes benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or prior operator experience.
• Ability to define and react to problems, color variations, and small imperfections, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and decisions during a fairly fast-paced production level.

Responsabilidades

• Operates, packs, and maintains required supplies at the machines to keep it producing flawlessly.
• The machine must produce parts at high quality and efficiency.
• Communicates issues to Team Leader/supervisor/mechanic to ensure product quality.
• Maintains product quality requirements and records production reports.
• Keeps the working environment clean and safe.
