Job summary

ABS Global, a Genus Company, is seeking a Weekend Manufacturing Service Technician to support our Rio, Wisconsin lab operations. This role covers a 12-hour Friday–Sunday night shift and includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and equipment repairs to keep production running smoothly.

You will maintain lab instrumentation, manage parts and supplies, and assist with CAPA/RCA projects while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• One year of lab or similar technical experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Education: HSE.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides troubleshooting and repairs of equipment in-house.
• Performs PMs on lab equipment and instrumentation.
• Cleans microfluidic components.
• Maintains inventory and record keeping.
• Assist Technical Support management in ongoing CAPA/RCA projects as needed.
• Performs other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
