Genus PLC is looking for Temporary Part-Time Production Lab Technicians to join our Weekend Production Lab team in Windsor, Wisconsin. These positions offer flexible weekend shifts assisting with production processes in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Prior experience in a production laboratory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift/transfer 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on maintaining quality.
• Ability to perform basic math skills.
• Ability to utilize a computer and related equipment.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOP and maintain lab documentation for quality packaging.
• Learn ancillary processes as necessary.
• Adhere to cleaning and sanitation protocols.
• Provide ideas for improvement in the work environment.
• Communicate issues to supervisors.
• Perform assigned duties based on daily production needs.
• Follow safe work procedures and report incidents.
