Qualifications

• Post high school degree in Business or Engineering preferred; five years leadership in manufacturing is acceptable.
• Champion CPS core values; able to lead with trust and respect.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and drive results under pressure.
• Desire to develop personnel and act as change agent during period of growth.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and measure safety culture on the shift.
• Develop shift culture of respect for self, CPS, and clients.
• Build relationships with employees using EQ to align goals.
• Own training and development for shift personnel.
• Provide operational reporting and ensure ISO-related standards.
• Exhibit excellence in custody of CPS purchased goods and items.
