Job summary

SEEC, a progressive nonprofit in Maryland, seeks a Community Connector for Friday–Sunday overnight shifts in Rockville. The role involves person-centered support, personal care, community engagement, medical accompaniment, and household coordination to help individuals live independently.

You'll work with the Supported Living team, assisting with health, safety, and community participation, while documenting activities and attending trainings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred and relevant caregiving experience considered.
• Experience supporting people to achieve personal goals and community engagement.
• Strong analytical, mentoring, and coaching abilities; comfortable with technology.
• Must be a strong team player with professional presentation and interaction.

Responsibilities

• Communicate status and participate in person and team caseload.
• Provide personal care including eating, bathing, transferring, and hygiene tasks.
• Assist with community resources access, transportation eligibility, and participation in events.
• Administer medications as delegated and accompany to medical appointments.
• Review and sign off on household purchases and manage receipts.
• Attend mandatory meetings and complete required documentation.
