Job summary

ATI is hiring a CNC Machinist for the Coon Valley location on the night shift weekends. You will set up and operate CNC lathes, produce aerospace/military components, and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Training may occur on days if needed, and you will complete required documentation. The role emphasizes precision, problem solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Reading, math and measurement basics required.
• Able to read instructions and perform simple measurements.
• High school diploma or GED required; machining training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and perform machining to spec tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts and perform final inspection.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; document production records.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet team goals.
