Job summary

ATI is seeking a CNC Machinist for its Coon Valley, WI site. The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The position offers a 3-2-2 rotating night shift (7pm–7am), with a $25/hr base rate, plus $1/hr evening premium and $7/hr weekend premium. Strong benefits, PTO, 401(k) match, and holidays accompany the package.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills required.
• High school diploma or GED; machining certificate or CNC experience preferred, training available.
• Prior manufacturing experience and knowledge of hand tools and measuring equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Raw material incoming visual inspection
• Performing manufacturing operations on CNC lathes
• Machining parts to meet tolerances for final inspection
• Inspecting and cleaning the finished product at the end of the production cycle
• Product final inspection
• Working closely with manufacturing leadership and fellow team members to achieve shared goals
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Accurate completion of required documentation
