Centerpoint - Georgetown, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an RN House Supervisor for weekend nights (7p-7a), overseeing staffing, patient care and operational efficiency. The role emphasizes leadership during off hours and coordination with nursing and support staff.

Ideal candidates hold a Kentucky license, an associate degree in nursing, and are prepared to supervise, coordinate admissions/discharges, and ensure quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky or compact state RN license
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• Certifications: BCLS

Responsibilities

• Provides off hour leadership and functions as a resource for staff members, assisting in patient care and ensuring overall quality of care.
• Supervises and mentors nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
• Determines staffing levels and assignments based on census, staff availability and patient acuity.
• Provides direct patient care as needed and floats between staff to assist with problem-solving.
• Manages patient admissions, discharges and transfers; ensures equipment and supplies are available.
