Job summary

Centerpoint - Georgetown, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a skilled House Supervisor for weekend nights. You will lead off-hour operations and ensure high-quality patient care in a busy facility.

The ideal candidate holds a Kentucky RN license and an Associate's Degree in Nursing, with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills to support staff and patient outcomes. This is a full-time role with a $10,000 commitment bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky or compact state RN license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
• Weekend night availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides off hour leadership and functions as a resource for staff members, assists in patient care and is responsible for the overall quality of patient care in the facility.
• Supervises and mentors nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
• Determines staffing level and assignments based on staff availability, census, patient acuity and workflow.
• Provides direct patient care as needed.
• Floats between staff to assist with problem-solving.
• May take patient assignments to meet staffing needs.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of patient care and identifies issues affecting outcomes.
• Responds to complaints about patient care and related services and manages through established channels.
• Performs role-specific duties, including entering orders, admissions/discharges, and coordinating transfers.
• Ensures staff has necessary equipment and supplies; integrates evidence-based practices.
