Qualifications

• Active VT RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care (SNF).
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as an RN and lead overnight operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs.
• Respond to clinical changes and emergency situations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Administer medications and follow physician orders.
• Act as the primary point of contact during overnight hours.
• Maintain high standards of care as an RN.
