Qualifications

• Active RN license with reciprocity assistance.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience.
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate care for all residents on the unit.
• Conduct weekly wound and skin rounds.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs).
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain high standards of care as an RN.
