Advocate Aurora Health is seeking an RN for our Garden Level Med/Surg unit in Sheboygan County. The part-time role (24 hours/week) includes weekend night coverage and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

You will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support neurological and general med/surg patients. Required RN license, BLS, BSN preferred, and typically 1+ year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required in applicable state.
• BLS required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.
• BSN preferred degree for the role.
• Typically 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care for short-term monitoring patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Apply evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.
• Maintain safety and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Float to other units as needed.
