Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing from a state accredited school.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred from a state accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• One or more years nursing experience required.
• RN - Georgia license required; ACLS within one year; ASLS; NIHSS; CPI training within 180 days.

Responsabilités

• Collects data in a systematic and ongoing process.
• Diagnoses are developed based on assessment data.
• Develops an individualized plan with strategies addressing diagnoses.
• Implements the plan in a safe and timely manner.
• Documents implementation and changes to the plan.
• Collaborates with Healthcare providers and refers as appropriate.
• Evaluates outcomes and updates care plans accordingly.
