Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, Albany, GA is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Weekend Warrior shift in the Operating Room. The nurse will provide professional nursing care, assess patients, develop and implement plans of care, and evaluate outcomes per standards. ACLS/ASLS/NIHSS/CPI certifications are required or to be obtained within set timelines.

Candidates should have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and Georgia RN licensure. Prior OR or stroke care experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Associate’s degree in nursing from a state accredited school is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from a state accredited School of Professional Nursing is required or preferred.
• One or more years nursing experience is preferred.
• RN - Registered Nurse license current in Georgia is required.
• ACLS, ASLS, NIHSS, CPI certifications/training are required or must be obtained.
• Within 180 days of hire, CPI and related surge/stroke training are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provides professional nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards and practices.
• Assessments, developing and implementing plans of care, and evaluating outcomes.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure quality stroke care and patient safety.
