Job summary

Qualifications

• GA RN license is required.

• ACLS must be obtained prior to completing unit orientation.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect data in a systematic, ongoing manner.
• Develop an individualized care plan and coordinate with the health team.
• Implement the plan safely and document progress.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and modify plans as needed.
• Contribute to quality improvement and practice guidelines.
• Maintain ethical, patient-centered care and encourage teamwork.
