UofL Health, Inc. is seeking an RN House Manager for South Hospital in Shepherdsville, KY. This part-time weekend-night position oversees nursing and support staff, ensuring patient safety, proper workflow, and regulatory compliance during after-hours periods.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSN or ADN with at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including 2 years in a leadership or charge role; ACLS and BLS certifications are required, with MSN preferred for magnet facility designation.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with minimum of 3 years relevant experience; BSN required for Magnet facility; MSN preferred.
• Minimum three years of clinical nursing, with minimum two years in a critical care area; previous leadership/charge experience preferred.
• Valid Kentucky registered nurse license or compact license; ACLS and BLS required

Responsibilities

• Supervises activity of all departments and staff.
• After-hours administrator for the hospital on weekends and holidays.
• Directs patient flow and staffing decisions based on acuity; coordinates with departments for timely throughput.
