Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for weekend night coverage at a Long Term Acute Care facility in Kentucky. Under supervision, you will set up and operate respiratory equipment, manage ventilators, and provide patient education.

The role requires state licensure as a Respiratory Practitioner, BLS on hire with ACLS within 90 days, and strong documentation skills. Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualificações

• Must have active license as Respiratory Practitioner in the state of employment.
• BLS required at hire; ACLS within 90 days of employment.
• Experience with ventilators and airway management.
• Ability to perform and document blood gas analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for adults 18+ with respiratory conditions.
• Explain treatments and document patient education given to patient and caregivers.
• Set up, operate and monitor ventilation; participate in ventilator weaning as directed.
• Perform tracheostomy care and tube changes per policy.
• Record treatments and patient responses; maintain respiratory care records.
