Qualifications

• Must demonstrate safe working practices and great attention to detail.
• Ability to follow Carlisle Companies Incorporated policies, procedures, and processes.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Basic computer, mathematics, and problem‑solving skills; ability to use a calculator.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery in the production department.
• Maintain continuous observation of machine operation for optimal performance.
• Perform hazard-based functions on machinery including lockout/tagout.
• Daily cleaning of machinery and proper housekeeping.
• Record data for quality control and improvement functions.
• Assist with quality checks and ensure safety requirements are met.
