Job summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator to operate machinery in a manufacturing setting. You will assist Operators II and III with packing and end-of-line tasks, monitor processes, and ensure safety standards are followed.

Requirements include 1–2 years operating industrial machinery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings and SOPs. Overtime may be required; no travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience operating industrial machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and SOPs.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated machinery to complete work orders.
• Receive and review work orders and communicate material needs.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Assist Operators II & III with packing and end-of-line tasks.
• Record production data for quality control and continuous improvement.
• Perform routine housekeeping and participate in 5S, SQDC.
• Support ISO processes and maintain organized work area.
