Utz Quality Foods is seeking a dependable Processing Operator for the Weekend Night Shift in Hanover, PA. You will set up and run production equipment to make cheese curls and cheese balls, while monitoring quality and output.

This hands-on role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, adherence to safety procedures, and collaboration with the QA team to ensure product quality. Training and advancement opportunities are available in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or processing is a plus.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work around hot water/cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor processing equipment for snacks.
• Monitor equipment and adjust as needed to keep production running.
• Complete quality checks with QA team to meet standards.
• Prepare raw materials for production.
• Complete production logs and records.
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment.
• Communicate with team to maintain flow.
• Train and support new team members.
• Follow safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and housekeeping.
• Operate forklifts and high-reach equipment.
• Perform other duties to support production.
