Utz Quality Foods in Hanover, PA is seeking a reliable Pretzel Operator I for the Weekend Night Shift (Thu-Sat 5:25 PM - 5:25 AM). You will prepare and operate pretzel dough mixers, monitor dough quality, weigh raw pretzels, and log production data on a handheld scanner.

Responsibilities

Prepare and operate pretzel dough mixers; ensure dough quality and texture meet standards.
Weigh raw pretzels every 30 minutes and log extruder speeds/pressure.
Monitor ingredient stock and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
Identify and report mechanical issues and machinery wear to leadership.
Log operation records and track inventory using handheld scanner.
Substitute for other processing operators as needed.
Follow safety protocols and communicate any safety concerns.
Work proactively in a cross-functional team and communicate production information to other shifts.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
