Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform basic math and reading tasks.
• Experience with log records and basic production data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate pretzel dough mixers, ensuring dough quality and texture meet standards.
• Weigh raw pretzels every 30 minutes and record extrusion speeds/pressure.
• Monitor ingredient stock and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Identify and report mechanical issues and machinery wear to leadership.
• Log operation records and track inventory using handheld scanner.
• Substitute for other processing operators as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and communicate any safety concerns.
• Work proactively in a cross-functional team and communicate production information to other shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
