This role operates on the Weekend Night Shift (Thursday - Saturday, 5:25 PM - 5:25 AM) and involves hands-on dough preparation and production line duties. Responsibilities include operating dough mixers, tracking extrusion speeds, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and coordinating with shifts.

Basic math/reading and ability to lift 40 lbs are required. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Three months of training provided.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate pretzel dough mixers, ensuring dough quality and texture meet standards.
• Weigh raw pretzels every 30 minutes and record extruder speeds/pressure.
• Monitor ingredient stock and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Identify and report mechanical issues and machinery wear to leadership.
• Log operation records and track inventory using handheld scanner.
• Substitute for other processing operators as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and communicate any safety concerns.
• Work proactively in a cross-functional team and communicate production information to other shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
