Job summary

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center in Pineville, NC is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for Weekend Warrior roles on the 3rd shift (Fri-Sun, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM). This part-time night position includes additional incentive pay on top of base rates and a consistent weekly schedule.

You'll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, supervise aides, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care overnight. CPR and NC licensure required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Complete nursing assessments and clinical documentation.
• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition.
• Communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Help ensure our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night.
