Job summary

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking dependable LPNs and RNs to join our nursing team as Weekend Warriors on 3rd Shift, Fridays through Sundays, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. This part-time role includes additional Weekend Warrior incentive pay on top of base rate, with a consistent weekly schedule and competitive base pay plus shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Complete nursing assessments and clinical documentation.
• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition.
• Communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care during night shift.

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is looking for dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team as Weekend Warriors on 3rd Shift!

This is a part-time position working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with additional Weekend Warrior incentive pay on top of your regular rate.
