Job summary

The Carolina Inn in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Part‑time LPN for every other weekend, 12‑hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am. You will serve as the licensed nurse on your floor, overseeing medications, treatments, and clinical care while supporting CNAs and other staff.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered NC LPN license (NC Board of Nursing).
• Availability for every‑other-weekend 12‑hour shifts.
• Sound clinical judgment and the ability to lead a shift.
• A genuine respect for the dignity of the residents in your care.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Long‑term care or assisted living experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the licensed nurse for your floor — medication administration, treatments, and clinical oversight.
• Supervise and support the CNAs and Med Aides on your shift.
• Monitor residents and document changes in condition.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and the care team.
• Chart accurately and maintain compliance with NC adult care home regulations.
