Job summary

Federal Ammunition is seeking a Formax Mechanical Adjuster to maintain and troubleshoot equipment on the manufacturing floor. This role requires setting up machinery with proper tooling and repairing equipment to maintain high-quality production.

The shift is Weekend Nights: Friday–Sunday, and every other Thursday, 7pm–7am, with a focus on meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards while learning all department machinery within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated above-average mechanical ability.
• Must learn department machinery and processes within 90 days.
• Must be able to understand SPC and problem solving techniques within 30 days.
• Good safety record and housekeeping skills.
• Ability to work independently without continual supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to keep production running.
• Set up machinery with proper tooling for various products.
• Perform repairs to keep equipment in good working condition.
• Operate machines in the department and learn all machines within 90 days.
