Job summary

Acloché LLC is hiring Maintenance Technicians for an advanced manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN. Roles across multiple shifts to support automated manufacturing equipment and ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and documenting work orders in CMMS. Ideal candidates have industrial maintenance experience, PLC/electrical skills, ability to read schematics, and availability for night or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong PLC and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to read schematics.
Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS.
Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
