CoServ in Corinth, Texas, seeks a Gas Systems Operator 2 to oversee daily operations of the gas system, monitor the SCADA system, and coordinate with construction management and technicians. The role focuses on reliability and clear communication across teams.

The position is full-time on a weekend night shift, with hours spanning Saturday to Monday overnight. Candidates must meet the education and experience requirements and be able to operate under emergency conditions while maintaining safety.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED required.
Two (2) years of experience in natural gas distribution service and construction or equivalent knowledge.
Knowledge of company service territory and piping.

Mansioni

Aids in scheduling and dispatching service orders.
Dispatches technicians to emergency leak calls and ensures prompt response times.
Maintains direct communication with System Operations Supervisor and leadership during extreme events.
Monitors SCADA and dispatches personnel to investigate abnormal operating conditions.
Advises leadership of abnormal conditions and maintains customer communications.
Liaises with other departments and contractors supporting gas operations.
Assists with outages and restoration efforts following safety plans.
