Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand is hiring a Part-Time Weekend Night Auditor to support our busy Charlotte hotel. This overnight role covers Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with the front desk as the hub of guest interactions in a 24/7 operation.

You will process transactions, handle calls, balance room availability, check-in/check-out guests, and prepare folios while ensuring safety and smooth operations during non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Experience handling credit card transactions.
• Strong phone system handling and reservations.
• Ability to verify and balance room availability.
• Perform check-in/check-out procedures.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with morning setup.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Processing credit card transactions and other (restaurant, events, lounge) for the day
• Handling phone system, transferring calls, reservations, etcc
• Verify, balance and review hotel room availability
• Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures
• Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts
• Prepare folios for the morning departing guests
• Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast set up if needed
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures
