Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Pennsylvania seeks a Traffic Clerk to schedule and coordinate truck deliveries and pickups. You’ll work with customer service, client representatives, and drivers to sustain high service levels on weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in dispatch or logistics roles.
• Experience coordinating driver schedules and freight shipments.
• Proficient email communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to fit warehouse operations.
• Coordinate drivers, equipment, and freight.
• Ensure accurate shipping and receiving documents (BOL).
• Maintain records and logs of shipping activities.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Maintain facility security and cleanliness.
