Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Traffic Clerk in Ohio to support scheduling truck deliveries and pickups, and coordinate with drivers and client representatives. This role requires attention to shipping documentation and efficient dispatch operations.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office and WM systems such as JDA or SAP.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in logistics or dispatch.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and WMS systems (e.g., JDA, Blue Yonder, SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations and capacities.
• Meet or exceed service and efficiency standards for shipping and receiving.
• Ensure accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents.
• Communicate with customers and driver representatives at dispatch window.
• Maintain data and records related to shipping and receiving.
