Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Traffic Clerk in the United States to manage inbound and outbound trucking, coordinate drivers and freight, and ensure accurate shipping and receiving documents. You will work closely with customer service, client representatives, and trucking firms to maintain high service levels.

Starting pay is $22.25 per hour, with a WHS shift 6:30am-2:30pm, Monday–Friday, and a weekend differential of $1.00/hour for Saturday/Sunday shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers, equipment, and freight to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documents (BOL) and records.
• Handle dispatch window interactions with customers and carrier reps.
• Assist in training new associates and maintaining facility security.
